Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 

The receptionist greets all guests, employees and visitors, professionally, courteously and respectfully. We are looking for candidates with good people skills and a strong appreciation for excellent customer service. Being technologically skilled in working with our iOS and macOS is expected. We require the ability to complete tasks on time and to work independently with minimum supervision. Good written and verbal communication skills are a must. A self-starter with excellent time management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit tied in with passion, diligence, integrity, and exceptional aptitude are key traits we are looking for in this role

 

The candidate will be a team player who enjoys taking on any small tasks or projects to support the company. The ability to multi-task with excellent interpersonal communication skills is a must. This role includes administrative work, such as, being fluent in Microsoft office, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers. We require the ability to complete tasks on time and to work independently with minimum supervision. A self-starter is a key trait we are looking for in this role. Requires use of company intranet, telecom networks and other computer-based systems.

 

Specific Duties:

 

• Greet Visitors and High-Profile Clientele 
• Answer telephone, screen/direct calls 
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness 
• Provide general administrative and clerical support 
• Receive and sort courier deliveries 
• Maintain lobby cleanliness 
• Assist Facilities Team with various tasks pertaining to the upkeep of the campus, i.e. shipping and receiving, data entry etc. 

 

Key Qualifications 

• 1-4 years of related experience. 
• Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment 
• Team Player 
• Ability to Multi-Task 
• Professional Composure 
• Customer Service Experience 
• Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity 
• Maintains security by following company policy; 


Shift Start/End Time: 8AM - 5:00PM
