Job description

Greet customers, issue visitor badges, direct customers as needed
Maintain front office area
Would act as a floater for the office covering the assistants when they are out on vacation/sick/personal days.
Willing to be cross trained to perform other functions
Manage conference rooms, maintain the office and kitchen supplies

Job Skills required.

Must be able to pass a detailed background check
2+ years previous experience in a support role Strong MS office skills
Excellent computer and communication skills
