Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Front Desk/Administrative Clerk in the Moline, IL area. This will be a part-time job opportunity. Responsibilities for this Front Desk/Administrative Clerk job include:


  • Answer telephone/direct public
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Compile meeting materials
  • Type, file, photocopy, fax
  • Assist with bulk mailings




  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must type a minimum of 50 wpm
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must be able to train on first shift for 1-2 months
  • Work shift will be:  Wednesdays from 2 pm to 10 pm   and Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm
  • Must be able to pass a background screen
