Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an organized Receptionist to work in Irvine, CA. This is possible temp to hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As a Receptionist you will greet guests, answer phones, transfer calls and other clerical duties. Schedule is 25 hours a week; Monday thru Friday 12PM-5PM. Pay is $13/HR. Responsibilities for this Receptionist job include:


- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Answer phones and transfer calls when needed
- possible clerical duties
- Solve customer issues and complaints
- Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree preferred
- 3 years of customer service/ receptionist work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative


Pay is $13/HR
