Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Receptionist/HR Support in St. Albans, VT.  This a long term temporary position.


Pay for this position is $13-$14 per hour, depending on experience.


Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8am-4:30pm.


Responsibilities of Receptionist/HR Support:

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments
  • Greet office visitors entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or fax machine
  • File and maintain records
  • Provide information about establishment, such as office location, employees within the organization, or services provided
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries


Requirements for Receptionist/HR Support:

  • High ability to work independently
  • Great communication and reliability skills
  • Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
  • Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Able to work in a team environment



This is a part-time, 1st Shift position with 24 hours per week.
