Responsibilities for this Receptionist job include:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
  • General office administrative work.
  • Light facility maintenance - supply stocking, kitchen clean up, tenant requests, etc.
  •  Packing and shipping - Fed Ex and USPS shipments and receiving.
