Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate staff members
  • Greeting customers and clients in a positive and friendly manner
  • Email corresponding and scheduling client/customer appointments
  • Operating system databases and logging daily transactions
  • Assisting with payroll and invoice processing at times
  • Opening/closing office daily and maintaining break room cleanliness
  • Setting up presentation rooms or materials for staff meetings


  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of office experience as a Receptionist or in an Office Admin Support role
  • Friendly customer service attitude
