Adecco is assisting a national firm in the cleaning industry in recruiting for a Receptionist in Silver Spring, MD. This position would be a CONTRACT opportunity.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00pm
Pay: $16.00/hr.
Location: Silver Spring, MD

Responsibilities of a Receptionist:

  • Answering phones and inquires from customers
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting customers as they enter the office
  • Calendar management
  • Transferring calls to the correct personal
  • Using MS Office, specifically Word and Outlook
  • Assisting with administrative duties like copying, faxing, and printing correspondence

Qualifications for a Receptionist:

  • Proper phone etiquette
  • 1-2 years minimum of experience in customer service
  • 1-2 years minimum of experience working in an office environment
  • Experience with MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • MUST have reliable transportation
