ADECCO’s assisting premier client’s search for a Senior Recruiter for large Fortune firm in Davidson, NC. Please apply if you meet the qualifications below.

Position Type: Recruiter 3
Job Location: Davidson, NC 28036 or Remote
Job Duration: 6 Month W2 Contact
Shift Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm( Flexibility to work overtime/weekends)
Pay Rate: $34 per hour


Job Overview:

Summary:


Seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization.
Responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.



Education/Experience:


Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training - preferred.
5-7 years previous recruiting experience required.



Skills and Competencies:


Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activities.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training.
Knowledge business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.



Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
Prepare and maintain employment records.
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.

Daily Schedule: Full Cycle Recruiting
Intake sessions
Direct sourcing
Reviewing resumes
Qualifying candidates
Creating offer letters
20-25 reqs at one time
Supporting Global Integrated Supply Chain, Sales, and/or Service (Technicians)

Office Environment (if onsite)

Measured monthly on Key Performance Indicators – speed, diversity, source, quality

Potential to be extended depending on volume and performance. Potential to convert to full time after 6 month point, if headcount it approved.
