The Adecco Marysville branch is searching for the ideal candidate to join our winning team. This position will focus on recruiting and sourcing for entry level production associates at Honda of America Manufacturing, Inc. East Liberty and Marysville plants. This position is a full time Adecco Colleague position not a temporary opportunity. Fine tuning recruitment plans and onboarding processes result in an award-winning and dedicated clientele. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demands.
  • Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, local media resources and referrals.
  • Conduct structured telephone interview with identified candidates, prepare feedback and shortlist for selection. Manage interview process end to end including summarizing feedback to the candidate.
  • Complete onboarding processes for selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Achieve agreed to recruitment & sourcing performance targets across all major KPIs (Candidate submissions, Interviews, Fulfilment rate, retention rate).
  • Adopt & demonstrate The Adecco Group and Client company core values in the delivery of customer-centric service.
  • Become a superuser of all Adecco recruiting systems ensuring that you understand the functionality of the system.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed to the agreed client processes/requirements and in line with agreed targets.
  • Proactively review and monitor Adecco processes/procedures from time to time, and with management approval, suggest and implement improvements were possible.
  • Participate in daily requisition meetings, prioritizing open orders, and allocation of recruiting resources.
  • Consult with hiring managers to better understand client’s needs, maximizes level of service, and encourages relationship building.
  • Provide Associates with guidance on policy interpretation, benefits, career development, and training opportunities.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary
  • At least one year of work experience in a recruiting, customer service or related field preferred

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are required.
  • Process oriented
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies.
  • Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
  • High energy & results-driven, solution-oriented attitude
