Adecco Search Consultant Job Description Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional to join Adecco and our growing team in Fort Collins, CO as a Search Consultant responsible for sales and recruitment in the Greater Colorado market.

Responsibilities:

The Search Consultant job responsibilities include:

Outside sales and marketing to increase customer base for permanent, direct-hire opportunities.
Recruiting the market’s top passive talent for permanent placement opportunities. Utilizing but not limited to the following: internal databases, job boards, social media, referrals, job postings, job fairs etc.
Meeting and exceeding expected activity and billing goals established by the region.
Implementing a recruiting strategy to attract an active pipeline of top talent to fill client needs in a timely manner.
Maintaining knowledge of Adecco’s operations system, policies, procedures and guidelines.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience
5-7 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
Proven sales skills and the ability to develop new business
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required
Skilled in the art of networking
