Provide knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition including candidate attraction and selection, recruitment techniques, assessments and university relations.

 

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans. Employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter III will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manages and coordinates full recruitment process (sourcing through hire) for the client to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

• Partners with Manager, Recruitment in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

• Works collaboratively with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure an efficient, compliant recruitment process.

• Reviews and posts all approved requisitions. Including working with external vendors to create and place advertisements.

• Review candidate resumes and credentials to match skills, experience and knowledge with the right positions. • Pro-actively sources candidates via traditional methods and social media.

• Participate in Career Events as required. Including College and traditional Job Fairs.

• Fully proficient in the company’s Applicant Tracking System.

• Provide guidance to Human Resources Associates and team on recruitment related items.

 

Required Competencies:

• 5-8 years full cycle recruiting experience.

• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.

• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

• Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

• Gather and analyze information skillfully.

• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.

 

Minimum Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.

 

Payrate: 21+/hr.

Duration: 6-month contract (possibility to extend or become perm)
