Responsibilities for this Recruiter job include:

Sales: Ability to meet or exceed weekly KPI Metrix for new and current business. General knowledge of the Adecco Group's service portfolio. Ability to price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement business.  Build and maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition. Build and maintain relationships with customers, candidates and prospects.

Recruiting: Qualify candidates against pre-determined standard requirements. Effectively utilize Recruiting Technology Tools and software to fill open positions. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.  Assist candidates with interview preparation, coaching for specific roles o Enter and track assignment and/or candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).  Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.  Ensure compliance and safety requirements are met.



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; or 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a less complex environment.

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills, sense of urgency is required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required.

  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.

  • Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
