Recruiter (Level II)


Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Recruiter job in Fort Worth, TX.  Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!


Type:                     Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length:                 1 year+

Pay:                       $40.28/ HR Based on Experience

Shift/Hours:       8A – 5P


Responsibilities for this Recruiter position include but are not limited to:

  • The Recruiter is a part of Global Human Resources Talent Acquisition.
  • The primary focus of our team is to source and recruit passive, top performing talent from competitors.
  • Our business partners include Digital Executives and Hiring Leaders, Human Resources Managers, Compensation Partners, and Recruiters.
  • Key priorities for our team are achieving aggressive monthly gross hiring targets, partnering with the Line of Business to lead recruiting activities and selling candidates on opportunities with us.


Qualifications for this Recruiter position:

  • 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience navigating a large matrixed environment
  • Preferred agency experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
