A Recruiter job in Rancho Bernardo, CA is available with Adecco Medical and Science. For this job, you will need excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for the recruitment needs of our client located in Rancho Bernardo. You will also develop recruiting strategies to efficiently identity talented candidates.

This position will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent at the right time in support of business growth across our US locations. This will be achieved through the development of effective relationships with both internal customers and external networks in support of creative and innovative sourcing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as main recruiter to client
Brand, values and business strategies to promote and sell Client
Partners with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective job descriptions, sourcing strategies and selection criteria to ensure presentation of high quality candidates ranging from interns, new graduates, experiences professionals
Leverages talent acquisition system, other social media and networking channels to develop a pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements thus reducing dependency on agencies and recruitment spend
Incorporates structured and robust selection processes and ensures hiring managers and interview teams are prepared to effectively evaluate candidates for immediate contributions as well as future potential
Understands pay and benefit philosophy and programs to effectively present a compelling offer resulting in offer acceptance from our ideal candidate
Uses recruiting analytics, metrics and candidate/hiring manager feedback to drive continuous improvement and improved candidate experience
Ensures compliance throughout the process
Ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Effective communications skills both written and verbal skills
Use of data and analytics to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
Embraces technology and all forms of social media to creatively attract talent
Strong collaboration and relationship management capabilities
Knowledge of relevant computer applications such as Powerpoint. Excel, Microsoft Office and tracking applications



QUALIFICATIONS:

One to three years recruiting experience
Demonstrated ability as a functional expert in resourcing strategy development, candidate sourcing, assessment and selection.
Ability to effectively represent Client
Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner
EDUCATION: (preferred) Bachelor degree in Human Resources or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
