Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

The recruiter is responsible for leading recruiting initiatives. Provides full-cycle recruiting and assists in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaigns; promoting the client as a top tier employer. This position will also participate with other company recruiters to recommend and implement recruiting processes and analytics aimed at improving the efficiency of our recruiting efforts.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Recruit Top Talent

Partner with key businesses and HR leaders to deliver high-impact talent acquisition solutions
Provide training and coaching for managers in the organization on hiring processes and effective selection techniques
Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and teams to address talent acquisition needs
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process
Creatively source candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
Build and maintain strong programs to ensure a robust pipeline of diverse candidates and hires
Recommend improvements to external employment brand presence and social media strategies as related to hiring, ensuring alignment with branding direction
Provide support to the Human Resources department to ensure sooth operations

Employer Branding and Online Recruiting

Develop and implement strategic online recruiting marketing plan to best serve the company’s recruiting objectives
Continuously improve the candidate experience, site enhancements, marketing initiatives and creative content; stay abreast of changes in the online marketing environment and adjust accordingly
Identify and recommend online marketing programs that build brand equity and promote employee value proposition
Ensure recruiter tool kit content is current, easily identifiable and efficiently organized

College Recruiting

Partner with client’s business leaders to develop and implement a college recruiting strategy and a process for campus recruiting; maintaining strong working relationships with hiring managers and other team members to create partnerships that yield consistent results
Plan, develop and execute campus specific strategies at designated schools to recruit top talent
Continually identify and cultivate on-campus relationships. Coordinate and attend networking/recruiting events
Develop and foster relationships with students, career centers and key faculty on college campuses
Manage the Internship Program by partnering with business leaders and HR across divisions to develop strategy for recruiting and onsite activities. Lead efforts to develop a student ambassador program with interns for on campus and online engagement
Develop a thorough knowledge of client’s culture, business model and departments in order to help candidates and university staff fully comprehend and embrace our employment opportunities.


Minimum of 4 years recruiting and HR responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree required
Prior success interacting with all levels of management and across multiple geographic locations, including US and Canada
Experience using an applicant tracking system as well as social media to supplement sourcing methods needed to attract top talent
Prior success working in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are dually vital
Proven success managing large projects/programs in a corporate environment
Proven ability to proactively recruit talent and work with hiring managers and recruiting teams to drive the recruitment process
PHR/ SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
