Order Info:   Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Position Summary: Working as part of the closeknit global recruitment team you will take full ownership for the talent acquisition for our Miami office. To continue building on terrific growth, the acquisition of highly skilled and motivated individuals who can continue to present our value proposition to senior executives and build out our customer base is key. To do this effectively we need an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager. The role requires a leader with drive, the ability to spot good talent, present the business and value proposition in professional and attractive way and work with the wider senior team to fulfil the businesss growth strategy moving forward. Key Responsibilities Work with internal hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts across all facets of the business, both external and internal Develop recruitment strategy (To include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and nondigital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc) Build an allinclusive recruitment and retention strategy for the Miami office Working with HR to ensure all documentation and compliance is correctly followed in relation to recruitment and retention strategy Develop and rollout innovative recruitment techniques to engage with the market Work closely with Marketing to develop and market the employer brand Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization Identify future talent needs, proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements Manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open positions Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource Oversee training/development/onboarding of all new recruits Work with pod leaders on team selection and sections Ensure Mentors are assigned to all new recruits Required Experience A minimum of 5 years working in recruitment (ideally with a mix of agency and inhouse) Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and email calendars A selfstarting approach Strong interpersonal and people management skills Exceptional communication skills Outstanding organisational ability Easily adaptable to vary your style and approach to meet hiring manager needs and requirements Interviewing experience Induction/Onboarding experience would be advantageous Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers.
