Our client a leading Investment / financial services company in the Seattle area is seeking highly motivated individuals with 3 plus years recruiting experience

Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition is responsible for identifying and attracting qualified talent . This person will provide sourcing support on senior level roles and manage the full cycle recruiting process for certain positions in our investment, trading, legal, compliance, IT, operations, and finance departments within the United States and Canada.

The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:

Proactively identify diverse talent using sourcing strategies and tools including LinkedIn.
Ability to identify key qualifications, screen and present candidates as directed by the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner.
Manage searches:

Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers
Source passive candidates
Review resumes and conduct phone screens
Submit candidates to hiring managers, frequent search update meetings
Liaise with other Human Resources staff including business partners, operations, and compensation
Negotiate offers

Ensure proper input and tracking of searches using the Workday Recruiting system.
Represent at career fairs and at universities.
Assist with the planning and execution of the annual summer internship program.

The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:

3+ years recruiting experience in fast paced recruiting environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in sourcing for passive candidates and identifying qualifications quickly.
Strong interviewing skills using creative probing questions to seek out qualifications and role fit.
Ability to communicate effectively and frequently, over the phone, in person, and in writing, with strong follow-up skills.
Detailed organization skills to track multiple functions and projects simultaneously.
Ability to take direction, and work independently.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to represent tight messaging and be persuasive in delivery
Experience with recruiting systems and software – experience with Workday Recruiting a plus.
