Pay: Based on exp.
Hours: Monday - Friday w/occasional Saturdays, 8a-5p

Overview:

- Partner with clients to assist them with all staffing needs primarily supporting light industrial roles (sourcing strategy, developing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, candidate closing and negotiations, etc)
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process with minimal managerial guidance
- Provide complete and accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
- Build a pipeline of talented job seekers
- Build and execute a recruiting plan that focuses on attracting a diverse candidate pool
- Maintain all progress and status reports, communicating this to the Talent Acquisition Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Must possess good communication skills, both oral and written, and display a positive attitude
- Must be able to operate the following equipment: computer, calculator, fax, scanners, copiers, phone systems, etc.
- Must have knowledge of basic office procedures
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
