Job Title: Recruiting Administrator
Location: Annandale, NJ
Start Date: 6/21/2018 (Tentative)
Duration: 12/31/2018


Provides administrative support to Business Line (BL) Recruiting Coordinators, BL Campus Recruiting Teams and Ambassador Teams.
Schedules interviews, works with universities in support of campus activities, attraction/sourcing events, etc.
Assists all recruiting participants with various administrative tasks.
Provides logistics support to all recruiting related events.
Provides transition and support coverage between recruiting coordinators and recruiting consultants.
Works with Recruiting Associates on various recruiting transactional activities (e.g., candidate reimbursements, invoice handling)

Scope of Work

Provide recruiting support for the O&M team including.
Progress candidates through the Career
Connect system; prepare interview material; data entry


Proficient in MS Office.
Administrative skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
