Adecco is seeking a dedicated, bright and highly motivated team player who wants to play a pivotal role in recruiting for an electronics company. The recruiter will be responsible for a variety of functions and procedures including pre-screens, interviews and the coordination of schedules. This will involve heavy customer service interaction in a fast paced, every changing office environment. This position will last 60 days and will be full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the recruiting process in a fast paced, busy office environment
- Track key documents and manage onboarding process
- Answer phones, greet walk in applicants, and maintain professional communication and timely follow up with applicants and hiring managers.
- Meeting coordination
Required Skills:
- Strong organizatonal skills and attention to detail
- Impeccable integrity and discretion
- Comfortable handling and safeguarding sensitive data
- Bent towards innovation and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills

Desired Education / Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree preferable
