Project Overview:

As part of their world-class recruiting team you as coordinator will support on demand office management as well as interact frequently with Recruiters, interviewers, and potential candidates in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring that every detail of the interview process experience comes together perfectly. As such, the office coordinator represents the essence of the Nest brand and will contribute directly to the overall success of our Staffing team by providing service excellence and quality throughout the recruiting process. 

Top Daily Responsibility:

  • Performing operational duties required to keep office running without error or negative impact including reception and office management.
  • Support all aspects of the recruiting process with a focus on scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving meeting rooms, and coordinating special events.
  • Escalate workplace services and vendor issues to management when appropriate 
    Create and distribute employment-related correspondence; e.g., applications, forms, and orientation materials.
  • Enter and update information in our Applicant Tracking System, maintaining a high level of data integrity and confidentiality always 
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy always, treating all candidates and Nesters with dignity and respect.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 1+ years of experience in a combination of recruiting coordination support, facilities or office management work. 
  • Experience working with document software, including word processing and spreadsheets. 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to take on tasks with minimal direction, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.
  • Provide a high level of customer service/focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, organization, and detail oriented skills.
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships.
  • Proficient in using productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or similar software.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems or similar database entry.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and tools.
