Our client is developing tools to collect and organize health data, then creating interventions and platforms that put insights derived from that health data to use for more holistic care management. They have three guiding product design principles: start with the user, simplify care, and lead on security and privacy.


Daily responsibilities:
During your 12 month temporary Recruiting Coordinator assignment, you’ll ensure a seamless and candidate-friendly hiring process. You’ll be responsible for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, candidates and interviewers. By providing great customer service and smoothly managing interview logistics, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the Staffing function.

Top 4 Responsibilities:
1. Support client groups with recruiting processes including scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements and reserving conference rooms.
2. Create and distribute employment-related correspondence such as applications and non-disclosure agreements.
3. Update information in  applicant tracking system while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
4. Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.

Must have:
- BA/BS degree, no specific field of study
- 1-4 years of admin experience
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems.
- Experience working with G-Suite, including Docs and Sheets.
