Recruiting Coordinator

During your 12-month temporary assignment, you'll ensure a seamless and candidate-friendly hiring process in Mountain View, CA. You'll be responsible for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, candidates and interviewers. By providing great customer service and smoothly managing interview logistics, you'll contribute to the overall success of the Staffing function.

Depending on demand, this position would support various aspects of the recruiting process through one of the following roles:

Recruiting Coordination - Meeting hiring demand through efficient interview coordination: scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving meeting rooms, and coordinating special events.

[OR] Hosting - Driving candidate experience through hosting support: prioritizing and owning the day-of hosting for candidates' interviews, providing interviewers with appropriate resources, partnering with facilities teams, and supporting all interview logistics.

[OR] Hiring Operations - Meeting hiring demand through efficient coordination of our final application review before offer: prioritizing and owning the distribution of applications for final review to senior leaders, reserving meeting rooms, partnering with facilitators of final review meetings to ensure leadership attendance, supporting all final review logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Support client groups with recruiting processes including scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements and reserving conference rooms.
  • Create and distribute employment-related correspondence such as applications and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Update information in the applicant tracking system while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.

Minimum

  • Qualifications BA/BS degree or 4 years’ experience in a related field in lieu of degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience working with Google document software, including Docs and Sheets.

Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
