The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with the hiring process for open positions. This position is an integral part of the Recruiting Organization and works closely with team members, candidates, hiring managers, and company leaders. The Coordinator is critical to the ‘candidate experience’ and is instrumental in the execution of the Recruiting process.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing candidate lifecycle using Trello and maintaining up to date candidate information in partnership with the Recruiters
· Create and manage candidate interview agendas. Drive the scheduling process to ensure all interviews are both scheduled accurately and take place in a timely manner
· Problem solve and troubleshoot last minute scheduling changes and disruptions
· Liaison with our local relocation agency to ensure our candidates are provided a top level visit
· Partner with other Recruiting Coordinators on team to meet/greet new hires and process on-boarding paperwork
· Assist with Immigration administration support if required
· General administrative support for Recruiters, this may include opening job requisitions, reporting, or tracking of candidates
· Process expense reimbursements for candidate travel, work closely with AP as needed to monitor timely payment process
· Ambassador for the company, high level of professionalism is expected
· Always adhere to confidentiality in all aspects including candidates, employees, and the company

What We look For:
· Bachelor's degree
· 2 + years Recruiting/HR or related experience is a plus
· Strong grasp of Google suite and MS Outlook
· Experience or relevant knowledge of the Recruiting process
· Attention to detail, high level of organizational skills
· Professional maturity and confidentiality
· Written and verbal communication with a wide audience
· Self-motivation and discipline to be consistent and conduct all interactions professionally
· Proactive problem solver
· Adaptable and flexible
