My client with over 550 locations in US and Canada, seeks an experienced Recruitment Leader to manage their recruiting functions, lead executive meetings, be the subject matter expert to develop and drive recruitment strategies as well as implement them and push initiatives across the company while continually leveraging pipelines of qualified and diverse talent through a staff of 11 Recruiters.

- The role will also lead recruiting techniques/models and spearhead recruiting
campaigns/programs and guide the firm's full hiring cycle.
- Conduct recruiting planning and forecasting sessions,
- Co-lead the development of an ATS system,
- Leverage social media as a solid recruiting tool,
- Develop relationships with Hiring Managers and the Executive Team (9 Executives), - - Run recruitment budget and expand the firm's University Relations Program.
- Design processes and tools to scale recruiting functions.


A Bachelors Degree is required.
Advanced Degree in Business, HR or Organizational Development is preferred
5 years of corporate recruitment operatins with evidence of career growth and advancement.
Experience with a recognized high volume search firm or professional recruiting function of a leading Fortune 500 company.
Strong process improvement and project mgmt skills.
Ability to understand business requirements ans recommend recruitment solutions.
Experenced in managing remote high performing teams.
Strong aptitude for interpreting business analytics in a highly matrixed setting
Ability to manage cometing demands.
