As a Staffing Operations Specialist, you'll support our Sales and G&A Recruiters with administrative tasks of the recruiting processes. You'll help keep processes organized and efficient while actively maintaining clear lines of communication with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and candidates - from entry-level to senior level hires. By providing great customer service and smoothly managing all the details, you'll contribute to the overall success of the Staffing team. 

The team is responsible for managing processes designed to streamline operational efficiency and maximize recruiter productivity. This position plays an important role in the overall operations of the teams, ensuring key processes run smoothly and providing a seamless experience to recruiters and hiring managers. Our Staffing teams are growing and managing record amounts of hiring demand, so this role is an opportunity to shape the processes used in our team to accelerate hiring and ensure we can meet business targets. This is achieved through the tactical delivery of programs and processes and incorporating ongoing feedback to iterate for improved results and greater Staffing productivity. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Administer programs critical to the operations of the team, using excellent client management and project management skills to achieve results in a highly visible role that impacts stakeholders across the team and the business

Support the tactical delivery of team programs and processes, ensuring excellence in execution

Gain exposure our client’s largest product areas, as well as to hiring across a horizontal that touches all of North America - the impact and scale of our work is huge! Work autonomously and independently, interacting directly with clients at various levels. Learn to use, work with and interpret data that drives organizational decision making. Work in collaboration with Recruiters, Staffing Leads and Program Managers to continuously iterate and improve on processes you support. Assist with event planning & execution including vendor selection, catering, billing, visuals and marketing deliverables, registration and follow up. Hone valuable Program Management, data analysis and presentation skills. Work with a fun, fast-paced, collaborative team solving unique hiring challenges! Support recruiters on scheduling & efficiency initiatives as required, such as coordinating hiring committee, scheduling fit calls, reviewing packets and reviewing interview slates.

Mandatory:

1-3 years of experience in recruiting or administration in a high-tech company.

Ability to work with colleagues across functions and divisions to achieve objectives and deliver on deadlines. Can create, manage and execute tactical plans to achieve desired results. Strong creative thinking skills, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Ability to anticipate, understand and plan for the needs of various audiences. Proficiency in data management with advanced knowledge of Excel (SQL knowledge a plus). Strong client management and customer service skills. Comfort in ambiguity with ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
