RC's have an extremely important role in MDA's annual fundraising efforts. As recruiters for our Lock-Up events, RC's are the first point of contact many business leaders will have with the MDA. The job of RC's is to call local business professionals who have been invited to participate in the Lock-Up and inspire them to help MDA through their own fundraising efforts. RC's will be calling from a fun and light-hearted script explaining crucial event details and signing up a minimum of 6 business leaders and obtaining 10 referrals per day. Assignment length will vary depending on RC's ability to meet the daily quota.

Minimum Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (no exceptions)
� Reliable transportation to and from work (no travel required)
� Able to attend training
� Pass background check
Preferred Job Requirements
� Proficient reading abilities
� Demonstrated ability to perform in a quota environment

Pay rate: Starts at $11.00 per/hr Increases by $.50 after 4 consecutive days of hitting quota, and good performance evaluation. Recruitment Coordinators can make up to $16.00 per hour.
