Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 

You will support 3 recruiters at our Product Identification Platform, which is comprised of Videojet, Pantone, Esko, X-Rite, Foba, Lynx, Laetus and AVT, a group of technology companies dedicated to helping customers give products unique identities. Through innovative software and hardware solutions for marking and coding, color selection and communication, packaging development, management and production, and track and trace, the Product Identification companies are simplifying the packaging value chain for 90% of products produced around the world.



Job Duties:

  • Providing support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed time frames
  • Ensuring job requisitions are created in the ATS
  • Posting job requisitions as per agreed sourcing methodology across internal and external systems
  • Developing and coordinating timely interview schedules and travel arrangements for candidates and managing any schedule changes accordingly, making sure that rooms are booked as needed
  • Creating offer letters an obtaining the necessary approvals
  • Ensuring all information in the ATS is updated, accurate and all supporting documentation is provided
  • Managing the background/drug test process
  • Partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists (Recruiters) to ensure we are moving applicants through the hiring process swiftly and providing the best candidate and Hiring Manager experience
  • Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process, to manage requirements and expectations



Required Qualifications:

  • BA degree with two (2) or more years of experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience in Taleo or any ATS is desirable
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and great attention to detail
  • Professional communication both verbal and written
  • Great organizational skills and ability to assist multiple people




Pay Rate:  $23.00hr - $25.00hr DOE

Shift Start/End Time:  8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Length of Assignment:  1 year
