Regional Operations Center Specialist

Adecco is partnering with one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country to locate a Regional Operations Specialist in the in Greer, South Carolina and surrounding areas.

Job Description

Primary focus is on network outages and ticket creation. Also assisting technical support by providing details of the identified network related issue. Practices on job safety requirements in adherence to the company policies and procedures.

Additionally, will need to monitor the network for alarms that indicate potential outages. Must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue to assist in resolution. 


Will you fit the role of a Regional Operations Specialist? • An ideal Regional Operations Specialist will have 1+ years of Dispatch, Call Center Tier or help desk support experience • Customer Service and Verbal Communication - Being able to communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously with customers, coworkers and constituencies both inside and outside the regional operations center will be essential. • Written Communication – You’ll need the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as create or produce reports outlining specific trends in the network to resolve issues efficiently. • Problem Solving – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Technical Skills and Knowledge – You must have basic knowledge of desktop computer hardware, and software (e.g., monitoring tools) used to analyze network performance to aid your ability to apply online knowledge systems and search for reference procedures and work aids (i.e., paperless resources).
