Regional Sales Coordinator

 

PPosition Description:

  • Coordination of all activities for regional sales team. Including customer meetings, conferences, travel, show and event planning.
  • Managing/coordinating financials for events, travel, and project planning
  • Forecasting expenses for large sales team
  • Day to day administration for key executive level members
  • Scheduling / planning national meetings
  • Communicating interoffice memorandums to large sales team
Qualifications:
  • 4 Year Degree preferred, but not required
  • 2-3 years professional experience
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle fast paced / challenging environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in / with a cross cultural office
  • Positive attitude J
