The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for mission critical applications, execution of joint strategic planning with major automotive manufacturers and creating profitable growth targets in the territory of Northern Ohio & New York. We are seeking candidates with proven sales experience, a go-getter mentality and goal-oriented approach. Responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager in Northern Ohio include:

Real-time assessments of the company's business position in automotive manufacturing facilities in a provided territory
Creation of a sound business plan and on-going activity plan
Execution of all company sales processes and strategies
Development of complete customer satisfaction in all company accounts
Development of positive relationship building with all accounts
Formal introduction of all new products to new and existing customers with a client specific value focus
Accurate territory forecasting
Report all product needs and competitive activity through internal tracking system
Maintain existing clients
Strong and strategic development of new accounts


Qualifications:

University Degree or equivalent Military experience required
The region covers Northern Ohio & New York- any applicant must live in this specific region
Must have own vehicle and ability to drive throughout region on a daily basis
Strong mechanical and/or technical aptitude preferred
Business to Business sales strategy
Industrial/manufacturing sales background preferred
Aggressive and motivated to win, to win alone, in everything you do
Strategic delivery
Creative, imaginative and innovative in dreaming up new/better ways to win
Resourceful in finding solutions and getting it done
Unafraid to try new things- take chances and risks
Extremely persistent, tenacious and constructively demanding
