Regional Service Manager | RSM - NJ

Adecco Search is currently recruiting on behalf of its client, based in New Jersey, for the role of Regional Service Manager (RSM). You will be responsible for the success of the Regional Service Engineering team (throughout the US) and for end-to-end project/program management activities.

You will:

Lead the RSE team by planning and overseeing all day-to-day activities, communicate with your team in order to maintain smooth, orderly and efficient operation.
Address customer needs in a timely manner
Compile and analyze feedback from RSEs, and communicating that information to the upper management with solutions and ideas.
Monitor RSE team performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Be responsible for project planning and resource management
Issue/risk identification and tracking
Scope and change management
Use hard data to support assumptions and outcome evaluations
Prepare and provide project status reports at varying levels of details to both clients and internal stakeholders

You have:

Bachelor's degree
Expert Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to build and strengthen all interpersonal relationships with co-workers, clients, and partners
Disciplined, self-motivated and carries a keen analytical mindset
Driven to learn and absorb information about our industry at a rapid pace
Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations and environments
Able to think creatively and present tested, out-of-the-box solutions
Ability to travel internationally when required (approx. 5%)

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY (Bilingual Preferred)
Because this role requires seamless coordination between project teams in the U.S. and Korea, bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.

English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Korean: Intermediate written and verbal communication skills
Minimum five+ years managing Service Engineers who provide home appliance repair
Experience in television or consumer electronics repair a plus
Minimum fiveyears high volume account management experience in a customer service industry
Minimum fiveyears managing a team within a service industry.
Minimum five years in a highly analytical role preferred
