Position Description

The Marketing Events team is comprised of experienced event marketing professionals who manage the "World's Largest Search Engine" highest profile events nationwide. We have an immediate need for a Registration Manager to support the Events team and events nationwide.

You will partner with the Events team to support registration, air travel, hotel management and customer service across our largest events. Your role will include managing the build of registration forms and event websites, registration reporting, vendors specific to registration as well as ensuring support staff tasks and responsibilities meet expectations and deadlines.

Top three main responsibilities:

  • Understand the events needs to build a registration website and form
  • Work with the audience development and sales team to collect client information and stay on track of targeted attendees, response vs. acceptance rates, etc.
  • Clearly build and layout all information relating to registration including (but not limited to) master comms doc, timelines, approval processes, RSVP Dashboard, different attendee paths etc. for team reviewal and guidance throughout the process



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in an event registration specific role
  • Proficient understanding of the Google suite - specifically sheets, docs, slides
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding with a sense of urgency


  • Understanding of HTML
  • Event registration experience in the tech world
