Job Title: Regulatory Data Analyst/Specialist

Job Description: 
• Analyst / Specialist required to support the management of obtaining compliance documentation, assist with data management, improve process transparency, and facilitate clear deliverables to client demand. This job will involve working with Negotiators, Sales and Client Onboarding to ensure critical compliance terms are captured for client lifecycle management and client regulatory implementation
• Opportunity to work within the Investment Bank, and with business partners, and stakeholders
• Opportunity to start in a group that has long term options to move into Business Analyst, Project Management or Data Analyst roles
• Key Skills will be communication (speaking/ communicating via email to external clients and internal stakeholders), analytics (looking at a problem and helping to provide solutions) and an eye for detail (ensure that client data is managed at the right level), able to create consistent data logging workflow tools, and catalog and spot errors, defects and inefficiencies.
• Responsible for client outreach notifications to clients and identifying client overlap and synergies regarding timing of client notifications.

• Basic Microsoft Access skills a plus
• Ability to create reporting and status metrics 
• Experience working with clients and management 
• Basic education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Language skills: English
