Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

The Sourcing & Vendor Management (SVM) department seeks an experienced candidate to support an initiative to expand reporting capabilities within the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) space.

The main purpose of the new data architecture will be to allow CS to identify, aggregate, and report on third and fourth party risks and their services effectively across multiple dimensions, including understanding how risk currently is concentrated within the company.

The ideal candidate has a background of risk/regulatory reporting, can interface with many groups (ex IT, Reporting SMEs, etc) and support business-related reporting activities such as requirement documentation, refinement of report visualizations and analysis.
PMO activities across 7 workstreams will also be involved.

Responsibilities include:
• Testing of reporting functionality

• Data review and analysis.

• Cooperate with the IT team who will lead the completion of the reporting technical design and build (logical and physical data models), and deployment for the new reporting data architecture.

• Partner with CS IT and other CS internal stakeholders as required on the initiative of the third party risk-related reporting environment to ensure it is fit for purpose, adds value, and delivers upon regulatory requirements, in addition to aligning with other group’s MI and outputs.

• As part of PMO activities, preparation of weekly status reports summarizing the progress of the seven work streams that form the foundation of the Initiative.

Skills:
• Experience in risk-based reporting, report development, data analysis.
• Knowledge of financial industry and/or third party risk management


Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years relevant experience required.
