Max Pay Rate: $49.00 per hour / Adecco W2

Responsibilities Include:
Claims Academy Learning Consultant job description:

Curate learning content aligned to key professional skills from existing content within the Degreed (MyLearning) platform
Curate new learning content from respected external ‘informal’ sources (eg YouTube, Kahn Academy, LinkedIn,, etc.) to bring in fresh content into the Degreed platform
Once new external content is identified, this person will need to perform specific tasks and work with the enterprise L&D team to ensure successful loading of new content to the Degreed (MyLearning) platform
Research and create well thought out business cases for new external vendors to provide learning content for use in the Claims Academy aligned to professional and technical skills
Work with Claims Academy Ops lead on delivering on Global learning content strategy at the local level.
Create and maintain new learning pathways in Degreed (the new MyLearning)
Design and implement a content maintenance strategy for all Claims Academy Portals (at present 3 portals- US, Mexico, Japan)
Would like someone fluent in either Spanish or Japanese to perform these content curation duties in relation to either the Mexico or Japan Claims Academy as well

Must haves:

Experience in learning content curation
Experience in learning/training design
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Passionate about learning

Nice to have:

Bilingual: Need someone who speaks English but a STRONG preference will be given to someone who also speaks Spanish OR Japanese.
Experience working in the Degreed learning platform- strong consideration will be given to someone who understands ‘Degreed’
Experience managing/maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS)
Experience in digital learning and expertise in new ways of learning via digital innovations (eg micro-learning, social media)
