Pay Rate: $12/hr base

    **Candidate will be supporting the time zone of said customer, regardless of where you reside**

    **Candidates must be flexible to support shift hours during “peak” season, shift hours may change based on client demand. **

    What will you be doing as a Remote Call Center Agent?

    As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Agent at Radial you will respond efficiently and accurately to callers regarding their questions, concerns, and orders for various brands ALL FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME! You will explain possible solutions and ensure that clients feel supported and valued. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist customers with varying levels of questions, inquiries, or requests
  • Use a computer system to track and gather information from consumers
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high-level customer service
  • Maintain a positive update/ professional demeaner when speaking to customers
  • Qualifications:

  • Min of 6 months (preference on 1-2 years) of customer service/ call center experience
  • Ability to multi-task/ computer literate
  • Strong verbal/ written skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Ability to operate Self Autonomously
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to type quickly and proficiently with minimal spelling mistakes
  • Must be proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
  • Hardwired High-Speed Internet and Personal Cell Phone used for work purposes during shift hours
  • Ability to pass a background check/ Drug Test upon offer acceptance
