Responsibilities for this Remote Lease Operations Specialist job include:
• Provide effective and professional fleet related support the Customer Accounts.
• Schedule and coordinate remote customer maintenance.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Administer fleet inspection visits.
• Schedule over the road work for customer accounts as necessary.
• Coordinate with the Company Store & Franchise service departments.
• Responsible for resolving customer billing discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable for PacLease Remote Operations Department and other operational expenses.
• Administer Warranty claims, Fuel Tax billing, and toll and licensing processing for fleet customers.
• Provide customer service to remote fleet customers through the Call Center processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years customer service or truck/trailer maintenance service department experience. Account Managment
• 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in a full-service leasing and/or maintenance environment.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Customer billing experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, effective time management.
• Prefer rental/leasing and/or maintenance industry experience.
• Understands administrative and maintenance features of Full Service Lease Operations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
