*Remote* Sales Account Manager

scheduling customer visits on a weekly basis and maintaining regular contact with existing and prospective clients
proactively discussing customer needs, wants and challenges to determine how to best serve them
find and present viable solutions to the customer
cross sell consumables, equipment and service
drive opportunities through to closure
effectively resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and respond to all customer communications by the close of business daily
participate in weekly sales meetings, providing updates on territory and deliver new ideas for opportunities
work closely with the customer care team to ensure pricing information is accurate, monitor backorders, and notify clients of order status and delivery

The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and have at least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience; medical device experience a plus but not required. He/she must possess strong selling skills, a proven capability to close sales, negotiation skills and strong communication skills.
