About the role: The Renewals Operations Specialist is responsible for processing customer renewals for auto-renewal subscriptions as well as helping migrate customers to ordering platform. You will ensure high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle, ensure a high-level of data accuracy, and partner with the renewals account managers to provide a seamless customer interaction.

- Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts under $10,000 in value with an auto-renewal.
- Notify and assist customers with migrating to ordering platform at the time of renewal.
- Pass upsell and product information requests to renewals account managers.
- Ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to make sure payment is collected.

Education & Experience:
- Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills
- Highly detailed oriented with the ability to manage a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
- Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferred
- Experience working with preferred
