Replacement Analyst

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Replacement Compliance Analyst job in Milwaukee WI.

Type:                      Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length:                  12 + months

Pay:                        $22.00 – $23.92 / HR

Shift/Hours:          Mon-Fri 7:30 A – 4:00P (30 min free lunch onsite)

Responsibilities for this Replacement Compliance Analyst job include, but are not limited to:

  • Technical review and processing of replacement requirements on life insurance, disability products and annuities while adhering to strict state regulatory timeframes
  • The Analyst is required to independently apply knowledge in reviewing replacement disclosure forms submitted with life, disability, and annuity applications from all states excluding New York.
  • Check for accuracy, completeness and compliance with state replacement regulations
  • Send notification of replacement to the replaced company within state mandated timeframe
  • Requires interpretation and understanding of state replacement regulations to effectively communicate the need for additional requirements and/or corrections.
  • Appropriately assess the replacement requirements for all other states, the Analyst is responsible for following:
  • Communicate with Field and obtain necessary replacement requirements while maintaining adherence to regulatory timeframes
  • Review replacement disclosure forms for accuracy and completeness
  • Review sales materials for completeness and compliance with state replacement regulations and illustration requirements Request additional documents from the Financial Representative based upon state requirements.
  • Update Replacement Compliance System (RCS) with appropriate documentation and replacement requirements
  • Educate and consult with underwriters to manage the replacement case requirements in order to expedite final action
  • Effectively manage individual pending case volume, case follow-ups, and unassigned replacement casework
  • Responsible for meeting state notification deadlines using the communication tools available in the case management system
  • Serve as a technical resource and referral to the Replacement Representatives


Qualifications for this Replacement Compliance Analyst job:

  • Minimum of one- year experience as a Replacement Representative or similar position
  • Ability to work in a high volume and time-sensitive production environment.
  • Met or exceeded the average monthly production for a minimum of 6 months while performing in the Replacement Representative position.
  • Above average quality case audit results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate positive customer service experiences and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all replacement processing guidelines and resources.
  • Ability to communicate and educate the Field on replacement processing requirements for all states, except NY.
  • Consistently good attendance and job performance required.
  • interpretation and understanding of state replacement regulations to effectively communicate the need for additional requirements and/or corrections.
