Adecco is currently assisting a global technology organization in their search to fill a Reporting Analyst in Mountain View, CA. This is a long-term temporary opportunity; up to 2 years.

This position requires a self-starter who can work in a team and thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and be comfortable with ambiguity (with background e-commerce preferred). The ideal candidate must be an expert with SQL, possess outstanding analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Reporting Analysts are key members of the team as creative problems solvers after examining the workings of the organization. They work cross-functionally and develop both tools for better decision-making and procedures for improved insight and efficiency. • Lead cross-functional projects and long-term analytic development initiatives, managing multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously

Requirements / Qualifications:
• 2+ years of work experience in reporting or analytics environment
• BA or Masters degree or higher with a quantitative focus (statistics, math, economics, operations management)
• Strong experience in Excel & SQL
• Passion for analyzing large and complex data sets and converting them into the information that drives business decisions
• Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences
• Proficiency working in a fast paced, dynamic and complex environment
