Patient Services Rep (PSR)
We are looking for someone that has had experience with either pharmacy tech or retail experience. It does not have to be pharmacy retail experience. Retail management experience preferred.
There is a possibility that the candidate could be converted to an FTE. If so, the pay rate would be $14.00 - $15.00.
The schedule will be 11:00-7:30 pm after training. Training will be virtual for about 3 weeks and the schedule will be different. Recently, the training hours were 9:00 am-5:30 pm.
Being we handle such critical patients, we have many different expectations to ensure we are meeting our patient needs as well as other clients. I have listed some of those expectations below.
Production Expectations
• Quality First- This is very important for our patients. You can prevent errors from taking your time when downloading and re-verifying information with the patient or md office.
• Production Metrics- 50-60 calls per day
• Digital-30% or higher
• Attendance- to remain below 3 occurrences.
• Call monitoring- 90% or higher
• Average Handle Time- 7-8 minutes
• After call time- below 3 minutes
• Default aux- below 4 minutes
• Restroom/personal- below 10 minutes
• Idle Time- below 21%
• My time compliance-98-102%
• Values in Action- sending at least 2 per month
