Researcher II

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find a Researcher II. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months with the possibility of extending longer and will sit in Mountain View, CA.

*This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mining data and partnering with 3P research agencies to design and execute consumer research, with the goal to identify fresh consumer insights that will change the way marketers think about consumers and digital marketing.
  • Crystalize complex data into simple concepts, marrying your technical and analytical skills with a curiosity and passion for storytelling and marketing.
  • Collaborate with researchers, marketeers, writers and the Think with editorial team to shape your data exploration and ensure the findings have maximum impact.


Minimum Qualification:

· Excellent communication skills, and engaging storytelling skills

· Solid experience at managing multiple projects simultaneously

· B.A/B.S. in market research, psychology, social science, statistics, or a related field

· 5+ years of consumer insights experience in research departments within advertisers, or well-known research agencies.

· Experience with SQL, statistical analysis [SPSS, R, and/or Python], survey design, clickstream analysis, and qualitative research.

· Curiosity, creativity, and passion for surfacing real-world trends in media, marketing, technology, and consumer behavior and the curiosity and passion to keep up with macro news and trends.
