JOB TITLE: Retail Administrative Assistant II

LOCATION: Austin, Texas

DURATION: 7/1/2019 – 1/1/2020 (M-F 40/HOURS)

PAY-RATE: $26.22 /HOUR


Job Description:

The project coordinator provides critical support and partnership to the Project Management Office (PMO) within Retail Learning and Development. This role is responsible for managing and scheduling the production timeline of a variety of projects and tasks that map to business needs.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for creating project timelines and scheduling/booking production resources. The role serves as the main point of contact and resource for our Project Managers as well as our Globalization partners.

Through the demonstration of operational excellence, this role is responsible for consistently delivering high quality work on time in a way that positively impacts the credibility, effectiveness/efficiency, and overall reputation of the team.


Duties and Responsibilities (Support/ Administrative/ Process Management/ Project Management):

Serve as a point of contact for Project Managers and business partners throughout the Production process, working closely with the Lead Production Project Manager.

Responsible for changes and the rebooking of resources, the coordinator must have excellent communication skills and inform project managers of production delays, risks, and solutions with a sense of urgency.
