Retail Operations Assistant

General Purpose of the Position:  The retail operations coordinator is responsible for daily management of the Omni brokering system. The person in this role will support the Omni team by ensuring timely follow up of all order fulfillment and building relationships with store teams. 

 

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitor and re-broker orders based on inventory availability within various Omni ordering channels
  • Help manage unfulfillable orders to protect cancelation rate across all Omni initiatives
  • Create daily reporting through use of Locate Daily Fulfillment reporting tools 
  • Provide internal order status as needed to requesting departments
  • Communicate with store teams to ensure highest level of customer service through timely ordering, pack-out standards, and feedback of guest journey

 

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and action oriented
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to develop peer relationships  
  • Microsoft office suite and Excel experience
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills
  • Technical and analytical learner

 

Education and experience required:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment with a focus on retail operations and customer experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Micros/Locate order brokering preferred, not essential
