Retail Operations Project Coordinator II

Overview:

Support the installation, maintenance, refresh and disposition of various merchandising fixtures in several key retail partners. Create, enforce and report on new processes for merchandising and inventory compliance.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Review daily merchandising compliance reports and set action to fixing issues
  • Meet weekly with multiple retail partners to maintain and scale business relationships
  • Work with internal teams on the development of various maintenance processes that do not yet exist

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Manage in-store merchandising programs including planograms, fixtures and messaging.
  • Define tactical requirements and scope for projects, and help to reinforce merchandising best practices from installation, maintenance, refresh, to end-of-life.
  • Maintain relationships with key hardware partners through weekly meetings and goal-setting activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in any field or equivalent retail experience of 3 years
  • 3 years of experience in carrier channel field merchandising or retail operations.
  • Experience working with vendor field teams, and experience with basic merchandising processes (install & maintenance) of in-store fixtures.
  • Experience in using Gsuite
