Title: Retail Quality Assurance Analyst
Pay: 20.00-25.00
Location: Atlanta, Ga
Duration: 3 months temporary
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, M-F 40hrs per week.

Current Need

We are seeking a subject matter expert to provide quality assurance for our Retail Implementation team.

Position Description

This role performs Quality Assurance evaluations and verifies that all evaluations adhere to high quality standards and are completed according to schedule.
Develops and maintains functional team documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, flowcharts, evaluation forms, and training packages)
Ensures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures across Macro Helix functions to evaluate the work against documented performance measures
Performs quality assurance primarily on our Retail Implementations function, but may be asked to perform additional function QA on an as needed basis
Pulls and reviews Retail Implementations cases, scores cases and provides feedback based on pre-established criteria and standards
Identifies inconsistencies with requirements and recommends modifications
Ensures function is operating according to user requirements and conform to Macro Helix guidelines
Gathers and analyzes data and formulates conclusions for Retail Implementations
Assists with training agents/specialist and cross training QA team members
Assists with status reports creation and communication
Acts as subject matter expert and resource to Retail Implementations team
Assists QA department and Macro Helix with developing quality improvements
Reports evaluation findings to employees and manager to escalates issues as needed
Communicates QA issues to the appropriate Macro Helix department for resolution
Leverages McKesson’s standards and tools to create and maintain evaluation criteria


BS degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to measure and achieve operational excellence
Demonstrated ability to track and prioritize business initiatives with associated personnel assignments and completion dates
Prior professional experience in a software or technology business a strong plus
Strong verbal and written communication
Superior organization skills
Salesforce Knowledge a plus
