A local leading organization is currently seeking a member to join their growing team! As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will drive consistency in executing all customer service related matters. You will nurture the customer relationship and drive repurchase loyalty of their services.

 

Job Duties:

-Main focus is Customer Retention. 

-Develop and manage a team of Retention Specialists.

-Responsible for collecting data on customer satisfaction. 

-Prepare reports and present findings to Management. 

-Track technician's paperwork. 

-Take live escalation calls, assess the customer's wants/needs, come to a solution fitting for both parties.

-Ensures that best practices and methodologies are adhered to on a consistent basis.

-Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

 

Hours: Hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

Will be required to work the occasional Saturday (Will follow office hours)

 

Experience required:

At least 1 year proven work experience in customer success, satisfaction and retention.

Strong computer navigation skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
